Privacy Notice

Last updated: June 2026

This privacy notice applies to all apps published under the "Stephen Foster Apps" suite, including My Wheelie Bins, My IBD Tracker, My IBD Card, My Food Passport, My Celiac Card, and My Migraine Card.

These apps don't collect, transmit, or store any of your data. Everything stays on your device. The developer never sees any of it.

Summary

Your privacy matters. These apps are built with a privacy-first approach: all data you enter stays on your device or in your personal iCloud space. No information is collected, transmitted, or stored by the developer. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, and no external servers.

What personal data is collected?

The apps do not collect any personal data.

iCloud Backup

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, your device data (including app data) may be backed up to your personal iCloud account as part of Apple's standard iOS backup. This is controlled entirely by you in your iOS settings. The developer has no access to your iCloud backup.

App Store & Analytics

When you download or purchase an app via the Apple App Store, Apple processes the transaction and provides aggregate, anonymised data (such as total download numbers and crash reports) to the developer via App Store Connect.

If you choose to share diagnostics and usage data with developers via your iOS privacy settings, Apple may share anonymised crash logs. This data does not identify you personally and is used only to fix bugs and improve stability.

Third-Party Services

These apps do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data Retention

The developer does not retain any user data. All data entered into the apps remains solely on your device or personal iCloud account and is deleted when the app is uninstalled.

Your Rights (GDPR & UK GDPR)

As these apps collect no personal data, there is no data held by the developer to access, correct, or delete. Your rights under GDPR and UK GDPR are fully respected by design — the simplest way to honour them is to never collect your data in the first place.

For data held by Apple (such as purchase records and crash diagnostics), please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Changes to this Notice

This privacy notice may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app release notes.
